These are wonderful folks to deal with. The repairs were done well, there was clear communication throughout the whole process, and they were very patient with my many questions. Highly recommend!

While visiting my daughter in the Garner, NC area the under engine plastic shield came loose on my Volvo V 70. I am not familiar with the area, but located Larry Estes Body Shop on Benson Rd. One of the gentlemen there came out, checked my car and said, “We’ll have you back on the road shortly.” He was able to reconnect the shield using zip ties and a couple of screws in a very short time. While the repair was finished in a short time, it was not necessarily an easy fix. After the repair was complete I asked how much I owed. The gentleman replied that I owed him nothing. He was adamant about not letting me pay. I have to say that this was a great experience and I suggest you give these folks an opportunity to take care of your body shop needs. They were extremely courteous and helpful.

The staff at Larry Estes Body Shop are wonderful. They are professional, kind and did a great job repairing and painting my vehicle. They even cleaned and detailed it for me. I needed replacement lights and bumper realignment done and they knocked it out super quick. Other places I went to told me I'd have to drop it off but Larry Estes body shop had it done in less than an hour. When I showed up weeks later with even more problems they were happy to help and got on it right away. Definitely the only body shop I'll be going to from now on and it's the best bang for your buck in the Garner area for sure.
